Return Policy

In Stock Items: Available for exchange only and must be made within 7 days of purchase. All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is damaged or unsaleable.

Made to Order Items: All custom, bespoke and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Orders: All international orders are final sale.

Please note:

• Any product purchased through a different platform or retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please check individual return policies before buying.
• Return request frequency is kept on record. Mason and Books has the right to refuse a return if excessive return requests are made by the same individual.
